French Artist (1917-1985) Philippe's The luminosity style he used avoids white in favor of pure colors. Paris and London's high society loved Noyer and many of the high society families commissioned Portraits in the 1930's. Later in the U.S., many famous American stars called him for portraits including Elizabeth Taylor, Dinah Shore and Jean Wallace.
